Merry Christmas and a Happy new Story

It has been forever since I made my first post, and I know that, but I have good reasons that I for unrelated things am not going to tell you.

It's Christmas already! It feels like it was Thanksgiving just yesterday. Wow, that went fast. Of course, yesterday wasn't Thanksgiving. It was Christmas Eve, which I didn't even know was a holiday until the day before!

By now, you've probably read the title. New story. The last story I posted on here was at the same time as the first blog post, and I really forgot about it since I've been writing a novel and other stuff that takes up time. I just haven't been writing any short stories. Today, however, it's Christmas, and that will finally change.

My gift to you this year? A 3000 word flash fantasy I wrote over the weekend. It will be hard for little Zami the nēvosak to fit in with the rest of her pack, but what will she do when faced with impossible choices and daring situations?
